Delivery Info
We offer delivery locally to the Sunshine Coast for orders over $15 (Noosa and surrounding suburbs currently not included). Our delivery fee is $9, payable per order, not per item. Orders that exceed $100 are eligible for FREE delivery.
When you select 'local delivery' on the Cart page you will be prompted to select an available date for delivery. At checkout, you will need to enter your postcode to confirm whether or not your area is eligible for delivery.
Once your order is received, we will contact you to arrange a specific time for delivery on your selected date. Please note that someone must be present at the address to collect your order at the arranged time. You are also responsible to ensure safe access to the drop off address.
In the event that no-one is present at the address at the arranged time, or that safe access is not provided, we will retain your order and you will be notified to arrange a suitable time to pickup your goods from our pickup point or for another delivery time for an additional fee.
We will not leave your order unattended outside your premises due to health risks/spoilage and possible insect infestation.
